Guided Meditation
Guided Meditation Journey – Guided Meditation – Class time: 1 hour
This 1-hour guided meditation will assist you in calming down the body and mind and achieving a fully relaxed, and surrendered meditative state of mind. Proper breathing and posture techniques will be discussed as well as any pitfalls that one experiences while engaging in a meditative practice. In-person and online guided meditations are available.

Introduction to Meditation – Beginners Course – Class Time: 2 hours
This introductory meditation course provides all the fundamental basics of mindfulness meditation training. Meditative breathing techniques and postures will be discussed along with information about how meditation benefits the body, mind, and spirit. This course is comprehensive and will take a beginner through a step by step process regarding how to properly meditate, as well as address any questions which may arise. There will be a guided meditation as well as a question and discussion period at the end of the course. The vibe of this course is relaxed and integrative as we all learn best when we can learn from each other! Come ready to learn, breathe, relax, and connect!

Meditation and Imagination – Intermediate Meditation Course – Class Time: 2 hours
This intermediate meditation course combines basic meditation breathing and postures with a guided meditation designed to stimulate and activate your imagination. The benefits and uses of imagination will be discussed and knowledge about how to effectively use our imagination during meditation will be covered. This class will end with a question and discussion period. Please bring any meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and a notebook if you wish to take notes! Come with a relaxed, open, and creative mind!

Meditation and Energy – Intermediate to Advanced Meditation Course – Class Time: 2 hours
This class will focus on the physiological aspects of energy and how it can be understood in relation to a regular meditation practice. Many ask questions such as: What is energy? How does energy operate? What is consciousness? How do the two work together? These topics will be discussed as well as other aspects of energy such as frequency and vibration. A guided meditation will take place prior to a question and discussion period at the end of this course. Please bring any meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and a notebook if you wish.
